20 years of HUGO also means 20 years of creativity, 20 years of
innovation and 20 years of not following convention and mainstream
opinion. To mark this occasion, the RED NEVER FOLLOWS event at Galerija
Emporium was opened for 250 invited guests from Slovenian press and
VIPs. The highlight of the evening was the live art performance of
Berlin artist Steffen Seeger. In one energetic stroke, a thread of red
energy made its way across the acrylic wall, from a determined beginning
to an exciting future beyond the painting's edge.The acrylic wall will
be presented in the window of Galerija Emporium within the next weeks.
After
the live art performance of Steffen Seeger, the guests were enjoying
flying food which featured delicacies including young goat cheese with
melon, scallop in parsley sauce with fennel, marinated shrimps with
pineapple, red paprika, ginger and chilli. Sweet snacks included HUGO
red popcakes and macaroons. A DJ set accompanied by saxophone completed
the artistic atmosphere of the event.
